Arc of Massachusetts
Corporate Headquarters | Waltham, MA
Group 7 Design worked closely with the ARC of Massachusetts to design their new Corporate headquarters. The building is situated on an unconventional shaped lot that necessitated the angled orientation of the main building in order to maximize the building footprint. The two story tower serves as a focal point guiding people to the entrance and allowing natural light from high windows to flood the building interior. The space is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and flexible meeting spaces.
Seven Hills Stetson School
Administration Building | Barre, MA
This 9,000 sq. ft. building is the centerpiece of this rural New England Campus. Housing administrative offices, the structure is also used for training and counseling. The building is arranged in a linear format which allows each room to have windows providing natural light and landscape views. The front of the building faces a newly constructed campus green while the back of the building includes large, multipurpose rooms with direct access to a rear patio—offering views of the athletic fields and surrounding forest. Traditional in its outward appearance, the building features state-of-the-art green technology.
Stone Hill Condominiums
Group 7 Design worked with REPM of Cranston, RI to develop plans for this 104 unit 55 and older residential community. The homes feature open floor plans, large windows, 9 foot high ceilings, and master bedroom suites with walk-in closets. Sustainability and energy efficiency were key considerations in the selection of materials and systems.
Greenside Office Park
This project includes two ground up office buildings on the same lot. Exterior form, material and details pay tribute to traditional Cape Cod architecture. Interior plans are flexible enough to accommodate single or multiple tenants.
Corporate Office | Norwell, MA
By incorporating the site’s unique features into the building footprint, Group 7 Design was able to create 2 15,000 square foot buildings on a lot the owner believed could accommodate no more than 25,000 square feet. The buildings were designed to accommodate multiple tenants. Historic detailing and an outdoor courtyard convey a New England style charm that is valued by the owner, occupants and community.
Castle Court Clubhouse
Group 7 Design created plans for a clubhouse serving over 100 apartment units at Castle Court. The layout features a patio and function room with large windows which look out over the existing swimming pool and tennis courts. This function room, along with management offices and an exercise facility, act as a centerpiece for the apartment complex.
